Things we genuinely want to hear about:

A PDF a tool couldn’t handle. Malformed files exist in infinite variety; a description of what happened (and the producing software, if you know it) helps us handle the next one. Please don’t email the document itself if it’s sensitive — and remember we never saw it: processing happened on your device.
A portal or court that rejected an output file — with the error message it gave. These reports directly improve the tools and guides.
Bugs and rough edges — browser and OS version make reports twice as useful.
A tool you wish existed here. No promises, honest answers.

One person runs this site, so replies can take a few days. There’s no phone support, no live chat, and nobody will ever email you first — we don’t have your address.
