Deletion here is real deletion: the surviving pages are rebuilt into a fresh document and the removed pages’ content is genuinely absent from the downloaded file — not hidden, not recoverable. Your original on disk is never modified; you always download a new copy.

How it works

Ranges that save you clicking
The range box understands 5 (one page), 2-6 (a run), 9- (page 9 to the end), -3 (start through page 3), and last. Combine them with commas: 1, 4-6, last. The box and the thumbnails stay in sync — type a range and watch the matching pages light up, or click pages and watch the range write itself.
Deleting an every-other-page pattern (blank backs from a single-sided scan of double-sided paper)? Type the even pages as a range once — 2, 4, 6, 8 — or click them; either way the grid shows the pattern clearly enough to catch a miscount before saving.
Good to know
- You can’t delete every page — the tool insists at least one survives, because a zero-page PDF is a corrupt PDF.
- Removing pages also removes their weight: cutting 30 scanned pages from a 40-page scan shrinks the file proportionally.
Frequently asked questions
Is the original file changed?
Never. The edit happens on a copy in your browser’s memory and you download the result as a new file. The file on your disk is read once and never written.
Can deleted pages be recovered from the new PDF?
No — the survivors are copied into a fresh document, so the deleted pages’ content is genuinely absent from the downloaded bytes, not hidden. (Some editors merely unlink pages, leaving their content recoverable inside the file — this tool rebuilds instead, and we test for exactly that.) Keep your original if you might need the pages later.
How do I delete just the first or last page quickly?
There are one-click presets: remove the first page and remove the last page — the range arrives prefilled, you just drop the file and save.
